When to use it?

My event is a thin tool for locking the date of one gathering: propose candidates, collect ○△×, decide in the creating browser.

Friends’ dinner or drinks

Pick days, paste the URL into chat. Cuts “when are you free?” ping-pong. Decide a single day in the host browser.

Multi-night trips

When one day is not enough, decide two consecutive days before booking lodging.

Small retreats and study camps

Volunteer groups locking dates before venues. Results stay private until decide or deadline; data cleans up after the decided day.

Mixed messengers

No shared app? Share a URL or QR. Everyone answers in a browser.

Small team meetings

Too small for another corporate tool. Near-term candidates (max 31 days / 30-day span). Lock candidates before answers start.

QR for answers

Skip the tool if you already agreed face to face. Use QR when people should mark ○△× on their phones or take the link home.

What it is not

Not a permanent calendar, huge public events, tickets, payments, or capacity RSVPs. Prefer it when sharing candidates and deciding one day or a two-day stay is enough.
